Premarital Counseling
Marriage is more than just a wedding day; it is the beginning of a lifelong partnership. My premarital counseling program provides a structured, comprehensive framework designed to help you and your partner build a resilient foundation before you say "I do." By utilizing a research-based, step-by-step curriculum, we move beyond generic advice to address the specific dynamics of your unique relationship.
ATTENTION: LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEER COUPLES FOR AN EXCLUSIVE, LIMITED-TIME BETA TEST!!
While I am fully trained in this incredible curriculum, it is a brand-new service offering for my practice. Because this is a fresh offering, I am looking for volunteer couples to help me pilot and test-run the flow, content, and homework materials. This is typically a private pay only service offered at $1200-$2000 for the full 12-14-week program. For a limited time, I am looking for 4-6 couples to participate in a FREE, condensed 6-session program in exchange for no more than your honest feedback.
TIME AND SPACE IS LIMITED--DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY! Call our office today at (220) 215-0644.
A Structured Path to Partnership
My program is designed to be flexible—typically spanning 12–14 weeks, though it can be paced to fit your specific needs and timeline. Whether you are blending families, navigating different cultural backgrounds, or simply looking to deepen your communication, we use proven tools to explore your future together.
Why This Matters
Premarital counseling is not about "fixing" problems; it is about proactive investment. By learning how to manage conflict, align your goals, and understand each other’s internal worlds now, you are building the skills necessary to sustain a healthy, purpose-driven life together for years to come.
What You Can Expect
My approach to Premarital Counseling integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT-C), CBT, Family Systems, and the Gottman Method—to ensure you are prepared for the realities of marriage. You will benefit from:
Deep Exploration
We will use tools like genograms and family mapping to understand your individual family histories, helping you unify your values, gain increased empathy, affection, and understanding, and identify any potential barriers to your connection.
Practical Tools & Activities
You will walk away with dozens of actionable worksheets, in-session activities, and homework assignments designed to help you navigate conflict, set healthy boundaries, and build a cohesive family framework. And of course, a personalized Certificate of Completion for completing the program.

Example of Curriculum Structure
Every human, couple, and family system is unique. After meeting both partners for an introduction and utilizing assessment tools, I will collaborate with you to tailor a customized plan to ensure we are spending our time together efficiently.
